Tractor funding Summary
- We set up a 30min zoom call with the founder to find out about their requirements and whether there is a mutual fit
- Customer then completes our online application form which includes Xero integration and 12 month forecasts (takes 5-10min to complete)
- We then assess their application in 1-2 weeks and come back with an offer
- Once approved we can have funds in their account within 24 hours
- Revenue history for 6 months
- Average monthly revenue >$50k
- Cash runway of minimum 3 months but ideally 6 months
- Growing revenue
- Amount: $100,000 to $1,000,000 with an average of $350,000
- Estimated Term: ~ 2 years at the time of funding
- set monthly repayments over 18 or 24 month terms, however we can offer shorter terms and longer terms up to 36 months
- Security: General Security Agreement (GSA) - AU/NZ
- Growing the sales team
- Specific marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Extend runway leading into a cap raise
- Invest into new technology and development
- Delay cap raise to a more favourable time in the future
- Expand into new territory (usually the US)
